Q. What is MinimalWin?

 

A. MinimalWin is a platform that provides an alternative method of selling and buying products of luxury segment. It implies that the seller gets the full price for the product, but the buyer has the opportunity to get it for a minimal price, which equals the price of one MinimalWin ticket.



Q. How does the choice of the winner take place?

 

A. When creating a lot, the system generates the number of the winner, which is hashed by the MD5 algoritm. After all the tickets are sold, the winner will receive a notification that he has won.



Q. How many tickets can I purchase in order to participate in the drawing of the lot?

 

A. The minimal quantity of tickets for participation is 1 ticket. You can purchase any number of tickets, up until the entire total of tickets.



Q. What type of products can I put up for auction drawing through MinimalWin?

 

A. We accept for drawing any products of the following category: gadgets (computers, headhones, phones, etc.), fashion-objects (bags, apparel, glasses, shoes, etc.), collectibles (consoles, toys, skin, etc.), sneakers (AIR JORDAN, YEEZY, NEW BALANCE, NIKE, CONVERSE, COLLECTIONS, LUXURY BRANDS, etc.), watches (brand watches).



Q. How do I receive my goods? What kind of information do I have to provide?

 

A. After the drawing of the goods and the detection of the winner, the system notifies the owner of the winning ticket in his private office. Next up, the winner has to take all the steps for reception and transmission of the data needed in order to make a connection between the owner of the product and the winner.



Q. How much time does the drawing of the lot take?

 

A. When creating a lot, you personally choose the period of time during which the tickets are being sold. The minimal period of time is 14 days.



Q. What do I do if the won lot is in improper condition (does not correspond to the information previously provided by the creator of the lot)?

 

A. In this situation you have to contact MinimalWin and receive the instructions for returning the product. After the product has been returned, the results of the drawing are declared invalid and all the participants get their money back into their personal wallet.



Q. Does preliminary moderation of the product exist?

 

A. Yes, MinimalWin conducts a preliminary moderation of all created lots. In case MinimalWin has any suspicion based on the state of the product, lack of legal papers on the product, or any other reason – we reserve the right to decline the creation of the lot.



Q. I sent the product to the winner but haven’t received a confirmation of recipiency. When do I get the money for my product?

 

A. According to the rules of MinimalWin, after the shipping of the product to the winner’s address has been confirmed by the courier service, the winner has 72 hours to confirm that the quality of the lot corresponds to that previously declared. In case that during 72 hours the winner does not send a confirmation nor a claim, the drawing of the lot is declared final and the money is automatically send to the creator of the lot. 



Q. What do I do if the owner of the lot does not respond in 72 hours after the drawing?

 

A. In case the owner of the lot does not contact the winner in 72 hours after the detection of the winner, the drawing of the lot is declared invalid and all the tickets are returned to the participants.



Q. In what period of time do I have to notify MinimalWin that I have received the product?

 

A. The system provides 72 hours to confirm the reception of the product. After this period of time, it is automatically considered that you have received the products and you don’t have any claims.



Q. I have changed my mind about sending the created lot. 

 

A. The rules of MinimalWin imply the decency and honesty of the creator of the lot. In case of denial of sending the drawn lot, the participants get their tickets back and the creator’s profile is blocked. The funds contained in the profile are also blocked.



Q. Not all the tickets have been sold in the period of time granted for ticket selling. What do I do?

 

A. In this case, the lot is declared invalid and all the participants get their money back.



Q. Why weren’t all the tickets sold in the lot I had created?

 

A. There can be a lot of reasons. The main are: high price of the product, lack of adequate time for ticket selling, suspicious product.



Q. I bought tickets but the lot has not sold all the planned tickets.

 

A. In this case, the lot is declared invalid and all the participants get their tickets back.



Q. How much does one ticket cost?

 

A. One ticket costs 1 USD.
